About me

I like making useful things work.

I’ve worked on the frontline of services, built an inclusive employment business, and set up systems across a growing services company. I like understanding how the pieces fit together, then making something useful out of that understanding.

I studied entrepreneurship at RMIT and ecology at Monash, and spent three months doing marine conservation fieldwork in Madagascar. Outside work, it’s AFL, golf, live comedy and travel.

How I work

01

Understand the process. Listen to the people doing it. Combine their feedback with usage and customer data to find where a change will matter.

02

Choose what to build. Weigh the customer benefit, commercial impact and capacity a change can return. Use that to set priorities with engineers.

03

Make it repeatable. Give people the context, tools and workflows to use the system again. Keep review points clear and use feedback to improve it.

I’m interested in AI enablement and product roles in service businesses: helping teams adopt AI, shaping useful products, and building the systems to support both.
