Hi, I'm Matthew.
I'm a builder currently playing the role of a finance manager. By day I run financial reporting, compliance and operational finance across a multi-entity group. The rest of the time I ship agentic tools and small live apps that take a messy real-world workflow and quietly automate the routine out of it.
I've also worked across customer and growth as a RevOps manager, and started out in the non-profit sector, specifically the NDIS. I build in vanilla HTML and JS with no build step, wiring up agents that draft, triage and execute, then hand the exceptions back to a human. Humans review the exceptions, not the routine.
An approach, not just a gallery.
I prototype quickly, ship in the open, and let each tool speak for itself. Every project here is live and usable in your browser — no installs, no sign-ups, and never any real or sensitive data.
