I build systems that make service businesses easier to run. My experience spans revenue operations, customer retention and finance, alongside product prioritisation with engineers. I combine customer insight, process design and hands-on building, using AI where it improves the workflow and helping colleagues use it more repeatably.

Finance Automation Manager
May 2025 to present
- Established repeatable financial close and reconciliation workflows, and automated month-end reporting and analytics.
- Built Gentiq to support month-end reconciliation, organise supporting documents and produce clear workpapers with context for the next close.
- Work with engineers several times a week to shape the bookkeeping roadmap and set feature priorities. Combine direct product use and team feedback with the financial impact and delivery capacity each improvement could unlock.
Operations Lead
Jul 2024 to May 2025 · Customer operations and retention
- Combined customer usage data with LLM analysis of messages to identify churn drivers across service lines and key customer interactions.
- Designed changes to service delivery, including customer solutions specialists and alerts for unanswered messages and customer grievances.
- Contributed to churn reaching its lowest level in around a year.
Revenue Operations
Jul 2023 to Jun 2024 · Foundational role
- Established sales systems and processes, implementing HubSpot, dialling tools and more targeted prospecting approaches.
- Built repeatable workflows that could be handed over to a junior team member as the function became established.

- Planned and delivered three camps for people with disabilities, managing a core team of 12.
- Coordinated programs providing 16,800 hours of family respite and opportunities for over 200 volunteers, with responsibility for the care of up to 100 people at a time.

- Contributed 700 volunteer hours across more than 20 programs. Supported participants, organised activities and led volunteer buddies during camps and weekend getaways.

- Co-founded a photo digitisation business creating award-wage employment for people with disabilities, with people with and without disabilities working together.
- Generated customers through marketing and our network, and organised delivery of the photo scanning service.

- Conducted scuba surveys and collected data for a marine protected area. Also supported English classes and hospital construction in local communities.

- Competitor Analysis Agent. Packaged a Claude workflow for a client to monitor competitors and prepare leadership briefings, ready to run as a scheduled task.
- Brain. Built a system used daily to scope tasks, prepare drafts and monitor recurring compliance work, with final review and feedback kept with me.
