At Visory that has meant three roles in three years, from revenue operations through operations into finance automation, building the tooling that runs the routine half of reporting and compliance so people only handle the judgement calls. I am not a software engineer; modern LLMs have made understanding a problem properly enough to ship the working fix.

Finance Automation Manager
- Own financial reporting and compliance across the group's entities, and the automation that runs the routine half of it.
- Built and run Gentiq, a finance co-pilot for the bookkeeping close: it audits reconciliations against the balance sheet and P&L ahead of compliance submissions, asks clarifying queries on treatment, and holds anything outside tolerance for review.
Operations Lead
- Ran the operating machinery between customer, growth and delivery.
Revenue Operations
- Owned the systems and reporting behind customer and growth, connecting pipeline, retention and revenue data.
FootPrintsAU, Co-Founder
- Co-founded an inclusive initiative increasing access to employment for people with disabilities, providing professional photo digitisation services to families and organisations.
Flying Fox, Team Leader and Logistics Coordinator
- Led camps and weekend getaways for young people with disabilities, more than twenty programs over five years, alongside study.
- Coordinated logistics across programs as Logistics Coordinator through 2019.

- Gentiq. A finance co-pilot for the bookkeeping close. It audits the reconciliations, and it asks before it treats.
- Brain. A chief-of-staff system used daily: capture anything, triage to one board, hand a card to an agent, review the draft.
- Nutmeg Poker. Real-time multiplayer poker: rules engine, WebSocket relay, video at the table, a ledger that settles the night.
- Ladder Comp. An AFL finals simulator seeded from the consensus of seventeen model projections, scored across the group.
